Upon receipt of the returned product, SuttaWala will conduct a verification process to assess the condition of the item.

Following the verification, if the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective as per the initial claim, the appropriate refund or exchange procedures will be initiated. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and customers will be notified of the status of their refund via email.

It is important to note that returns will not be accepted for products that have been used or altered in any way.
